Rip /rɪp/ v.
To take the wave at full speed and mean it. No hedging, no lurking out on the shoulder.
Surfing the digital madness
Every morning the digital age hurls another set at you. Infinite scroll. Fourteen open tabs. Notifications stacking up like whitewash. Six new tools that will change everything, apparently, before lunch. It is loud, it is relentless, and it is not slowing down for anybody.
You can spend your whole life duck-diving that. Or you can turn around, point the nose down the face, and commit.
Rippingjam is the second one. Take the madness at full tilt, ride the thing, then start messing about with it — break stuff, build something daft, see what it does.
Experiments. Games. Half-formed ideas that got badly out of hand. Cool stuff made for the plain joy of making it. No roadmap, no funnel, no growth strategy. Just a fat wave and somewhere to jam.
To take the wave at full speed and mean it. No hedging, no lurking out on the shoulder.
To play, improvise, and see what falls out. Best done loudly, with other people, on purpose.
Rip a fat digital wave — then jam up with experiments, games and cool stuff.
